Our Silver Star level includes:
- 1 visit from an HVAC technician to perform a heating & venting safety inspection with a waived dispatch fee
- 1 visit from a plumbing technician to perform a whole home plumbing safety inspection
- 10% discount on service repair work (during normal business hours)
- Priority scheduling
Our Gold Star level includes:
- 2 visits from an HVAC technician to perform a heating & venting safety inspection, along with an AC safety inspection with a waived dispatch fee
- 1 visit from a plumbing technician to perform a whole home plumbing safety inspection
- 10% discount on service repair work (during normal business hours)
- Priority scheduling
Any additional units will be billed at an additional $10/month.

Home Comfort Club memberships require a minimum commitment of one year (12 months) to receive the full range of member benefits. Should the membership be cancelled prior to completing the one-year term, M&M reserves the right to recoup the total value of any discounts or savings applied during the membership period. Your credit card information will be securely stored on file for the purpose of automatic billing based on the membership plan you select.
