Plan Levels
Level One
INVEST IN YOUR HOME FOR
$279.00 per year

- Priority Scheduling

- All furnace customers receive a basic pleated filter.

During our peak seasons, you will have the advantage of priority scheduling. Whether it’s a scheduled call, or emergency service, Gold Star members will be moved to the front of the line.
In the fall you will receive an appointment where our service techs will come out and perform our state-of-the-art tune and clean on your furnace or boiler system.
This includes a combustion analysis, complete inspection of your unit, efficiency maximization, and a safety check to make sure your unit is running within the parameters of the manufacturer’s specifications.
The drive up fee is waived for this service.
Available on all on-site service work and parts ordered while you are in contract as a Gold Star member.
You will receive monthly emails with member only specials such as discounts on new equipment, special deals on installations, free service calls and more!
Yearly service visits provided by your contract include a comprehensive analysis of your HVAC equipment. Any systems that are not maintained according to the manufacturer’s requirements or recommendations will incur an additional charge.
*Gold Star Membership Level 1 does not include more than one piece of equipment. Any additional equipment or accessories will be discussed with you beforehand and charged based upon an ala-carte basis.
Level Two

$399.00 per year
- Tailored to customers with Heating and Cooling Systems.
- Includes Everything in Level 1
- A/C Tune and Clean
Enjoy the benefits of everything our Level 1 members receive, plus your spring A/C tune and clean.
In the spring you will receive an appointment where our service techs will come out and perform our state of-the-art tune and clean on your A/C system.
This includes an inspection of mechanical components inside the outdoor unit, a cleansing of the outdoor coil, and an analysis of the refrigerant pressures in the unit.
The drive up fee is waived for this service.
*Gold Star Membership Level 2 does not include more than one heating and one cooling piece of equipment. Any additional equipment or accessories will be discussed with you beforehand and charged based upon an ala-carte basis.
We Schedule Everything For You
You don’t need to worry about scheduling. You will receive an appointment a month ahead of time for your service visits.
Cancel Anytime
Your membership is good for one year after purchase and will be automatically billed. There is no charge to cancel for the following service year.
