Waking up to no water in your home is a pretty stressful situation. Not being able to find your wellhead is almost traumatizing. From the time we spoke with the receptionist at M & M Plumbing, to the time the service crew finished the job, we were thrilled the the amazing customer service. The diligence of the servicemen was incredible. Amidst the hard work they were enduring: going into and out of our crawl space to utilizing an excavator, they were always very friendly and willing to talk us through the situation. Living in Cheboygan, we have several local plumbers, but we always go back to M & M for their reliable, trustworthy and professional service.

Amazing service and follow through. I had them replace our 30+ year old boiler with a Viessmann high efficiency model. The office staff are very helpful. Reference the 2016 opening of our cabin at 367W Indian Woods Trail. I cannot read the technician’s name. Please pass along to this gentleman that we are beyond pleased with his efforts to open our cabin for the 2016 season. Honestly, the place was tee’d up and ready to go and probably cleaner than what we left in the fall of 2015. You guys, overall, have been of great service to us over the last several years. But it seems to just get better every year. I have absolutely no reservation recommending your business to anyone in our housing association. I am not sure you and yours are aware of how important and comforting it is that we, the property and home owners from downstate, have you to take care of our homes in the fall and in the spring. With this email, I hope I can at least tell you that’s how we feel. Thanks again. And please pass it along to the gentleman who took care of us this year. I hope your year is a great one.

Jason installed a water pressure tank. He did an excellent job. He was friendly and informative. A few days later we called to increase the water pressure at the kitchen sink. He gave good advice on how to do so. Mission accomplished. : ) A couple of weeks later we exchanged our kitchen sink faucet sprayer. It was a minor disaster at the Joles’ house. We called Jason a second time and again received excellent advice from him. Now everything is fine once more. Such an employee deserves a raise. It is a pleasure to do business with your company.
