Collin Olds
Collin started as an apprentice and quickly moved on to become a HVAC/Plumbing Technician, he traveled to Arkansas for HVAC training after learning the trade from his father. Collin is working on his Journeyman’s Plumbing license, Mechanical Contractor’s and his EPA certifications. In his free time he enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing and spending time with friends and family.
Tim Parker
Tim started working with M&M Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling in 1996 as a steel fabricator and HVAC Install lead. He takes great pride in his craft as it is evident in his finished product, his skill and workmanship is second to none. Tim is now the HVAC Install Supervisor. He has a Mechanical License. In his free time Tim enjoys hunting, fishing and time with his family.
Jason Weatherwax
Jason has over 17 years combined experience in plumbing, heating, wells, generators and geothermal. He is one of M&M Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling’s lead Service Technicians and handles all of our openings and closings with great pride. He is a Registered Pump Installation Contractor. Jason enjoys sitting by a campfire with his family and hanging out with friends.
Timothy Long
Timothy started out as a plumbing apprentice with M&M Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling and with his vast knowledge and experience quickly worked into a lead Service Technician. He has his Contractor’s License, is EPA Certified, and working towards his Journeyman’s Plumbing and Mechanical Licenses. Timothy enjoys working on his house, fishing, and spending time at the beautiful northern Michigan beaches.
Jeff Richendollar
Jeff has been installing and servicing Fireplace’s for over 25 years. He has been with M&M Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling since 2016 and is a very valuable member to our company. Jeff works with the HVAC Install team and the Service crew specializing in fireplaces, gas lines, venting and ducting. Jeff is an avid hunter and outdoorsman and he enjoys time with his family.
Curtis VanDoren
Curtis has been working in the plumbing and HVAC industry for over seven years. He went through the Kirtland Community College HVAC program in Gaylord and is EPA Certified. He is now our lead HVAC installer and is working towards his Mechanical license. Curtis enjoys camping, hunting, time with his family and he has a good poker face.
Nick Papi
Nick’s Father and Grandfather had a heating and cooling company that serviced Oakland County Michigan. He learned the industry while growing up and enjoyed working in the steel fabricating shop. Nick is a valuable member of our HVAC install team. In his spare time Nick enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and trapping.
